Dear friends,
Korus Connect CEO Dawn Penney has been named in the list of Australia's top 25 leaders in the ProBono Australia Impact 25 Awards, which honours leaders in the social and community sectors, as nominated and voted for by members of the public.
Dawn's recognition from within a field of more than 330 distinguished Australian community leaders is a testament to her own selflessness in pursuing outcomes for the greater good. In her own words, it is also a validation of her approach to leadership which centres on "empowering, equipping and releasing."
In receiving the award, Dawn paid tribute to the broader leadership, service and works of the Korus Connect team, the 24 community leaders recognised alongside her and to all 337 individuals whose endeavours were valued by those around them in being nominated in the 2018 Awards. She is also particularly thankful for the gracious support of her friends, peers and members of the community who voted for her.

Yours sincerely,
